About this speaker
Kathy Wilson-Gold is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 30 years of experience in business and industry-leading executive teams to deliver innovative solutions for healthcare, education, and senior nutrition. She currently serves as a Nutrition Contractor in the Office of Nutrition and Health Promotion Programs in the Administration on Aging in the Administration for Community Living.
Her career highlights include 18 years at the Campbell Soup Company and employment at Abbott Laboratories and US Foodservice. A familiar face in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she has held national and state offices in the Academy, including Academy Foundation Chairperson, Academy Nominating Committee Chairperson, Oklahoma Academy Treasurer, and the Texas Academy President, just to name a few.
She earned her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma, and yes, she’ll talk football! Kathy is also a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Wilson-Gold currently serves in her community as a board member of the YMCA and has just completed a six-year board term with her local mobile meals program, Edmond Mobile Meals.
