About this speaker
Rachel Stahl is a Clinical Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Weill Cornell Medicine where she provides diabetes self-management education and support and medical nutrition therapy for adults with prediabetes, gestational, type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Rachel is passionate about using nutrition, diabetes technology, and digital healthcare to maximize the care and support for people with diabetes.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and received her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
An active member in the dietetics professional community, Rachel currently serves as Innovation and Technology Chair of the Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group and is former Public Relations Coordinator of the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NYSAND) and Past-President of the Greater New York Dietetic Association. Rachel is a proud recipient of the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year through NYSAND.
